Classes are great.
One one one PT or Pilates sessions are wonderful too.
And deepening your understanding of the body-mind connection, healthy movement, how your body is designed, or how your thoughts and images influence your health requires more than just a class or one on one session.
Workshops and seminars are the best way to explore, connect, immerse yourself and go deeper. You'll experience your body-mind in a whole new way, and come out the other side with a renewed appreciation for how amazing you truly are.
We're committed to life-long learning for everyone - no matter whether you're a seasoned Pilates teacher or are new to Pilates and the wonderful world of body-mind integration.
Check back frequently for upcoming workshops and seminars. And please ask us about designing a workshop for your group. We love that!
