I have been practicing physical therapy for over 11 years but the last 5 have been strengthened by the insights I have gained thorught the practice and instruction of Pilates. I am constantly in awe of the capacity of our musculoskeletal system to learn, adapt, and change. It makes every opportunity to work with someone interesting and fun. I have moved back and forth between Colorado and Oregon since starting my career as a physical therapist and am glad to be back in Colorado...for good this time. There's just something about these mountains that feels like home to me! In May of 2012 I will graduate from Regis University's transition Doctor of Physical Therapy program with an eye to begin a fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. This education has been an incredible journey and I look forward to using these skills and knowledge to give scientific support to all that we do here at PMP.
