​Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connetive tissue restrictions to eliminate your pain and restore your motion. Fascia plays an important role in the support of our bodies. It surrounds and attaches to all structures and provides stability to our body. However, when fascia becomes bound up and cannot move freely it can cause discomfort in seemingly unrelated areas.
