Begin The Journey

Confused? Overwhelmed?

Trying to decide the best path for YOU can be a bit overwhelming. Not to worry — we’re here to guide you back to health and eliminate the confusion.

If you’ve tried everything, and still can’t get rid of your nagging aches and pains, if you’re frustrated because you can’t get up from a chair without feeling “old”, if you’re afraid you’ll end up dependent on others as you get older… you’re in the right place.

At Park Meadows Pilates & Physical Therapy, we integrate research-based science and Mind-Body techniques to get you back in action, learn how to take care of yourself and love your life again.

All our practitioners use state-of-the-art techniques to help you uncover and understand the real cause of your problem, and you’ll be training on the “Bentley” of Pilates equipment, made by the world leader, Balanced Body TM. We are also Denver’s only Balanced Body Pilates Teacher Training host site — which means we teach the teachers.

What Are My Options?

Begin your journey to better health

Path to Healing

Do you have pain, injury, pathology, or are recovering from surgery?

You’ll begin your healing process by working with our Physical Therapy team, and/or Myofascial Release practitioner. This will get you to a place where you can either participate in group classes, continue your program with one on one sessions, or maintain safely on your own with a home program.

Path To Fitness

Ready to start learning how your body is designed to perform optimally?

If you don’t have significant pain or injury, this is the right path for you. In your “Getting Started” package, you’ll have three to five one on one sessions with a P.T. and/or movement specialist who will help you understand how to move with more balance, ease, strength and coordination–so you can get the most out of your body and out of life. After these sessions, you’re ready to join small group classes, where you can experience a variety of movement opportunities utilizing mat, Pilates apparatus and props, CoreAlign and Franklin Method “toys”. Consider Park Meadows Pilates & Physical Therapy your playground for exploring the joys of movement… it’s like being a kid again.
