PMP Barre

The PMP Barre class pulls from our 30+ years of experience in movement and fitness to create a safe-, body-aware program without sacrificing the energy and fun you’d expect. We are proud to introduce the Balanced Body Barre class to the Denver market. Call the studio for availability.

Core Training

After completion of Getting Started private sessions
This class is designed to explore the basic principles of core strength, control and adaptability. You will improve skills in all areas of function and master the fundamentals of Pilates faster and more easily. Clients will enjoy the use of a variety of Pilates equipment such as the reformer, mat, and small props.

Foundation & Foundation Reformer

Prerequisite is completed Core Training passport
A balanced program consisting of mat, mat with props, and reformer work for those clients just starting out or recovering from injury. Exercises are presented at a pace which allows time to learn and integrate new movement. In Foundation, we build on the fundamentals of Core Training, adding pace and flow to increase the challenge of the class.

Movement Integration & Reformer Movement Integration

Prerequisite is completed Foundation passport
Movement Integration challenges you with precision, coordination, balance and awareness of Pilates in a faster pace setting. You will get a complete mind-body workout that combines mat, reformer, and props with an emphasis on mastering fluidity and coordination of movement.

Combo

Prerequisite is completed Movement Integration passport
Mix it up with a variety of Pilates repertoire! Combo clients will enjoy use of mat, exercise balls, small props (foam rollers, Magic Circles, resistance band, small balls, balance boards, and rotating discs), Spine Correctors and reformers. Participants in this class must be free from pain and able to independently manage any pathology, and have mastered all fundamental Pilates movement principles.

Reformer

Prerequisite is completed Movement Integration passport
Enjoy a well-balanced, body-mind workout using versatile studio reformers. This class will challenge anyone from the casual exerciser to cross-training athletes. Participants in this class must be free from pain and able to independently manage any pathology, and have mastered all fundamental Pilates movement principles.

Jumpboard/Reformer/Reformer Fusion

Prerequisite is completed Movement Integration passport
Jump board is a fun way to elevate the heart rate, while challenging the core, balance and coordination. This is
20-25 minute routine incorporated into a reformer class described above.

Mat Pilates & Beginner Mat

Prerequisite for Mat is completed Beginner Mat passport
The Pilates mat repertoire is the original exercise program designed by Joseph Pilates, and designed to give you a total body workout. Contrary to popular belief, mat is more difficult than Reformer. The variety in this class will keep you on your toes as you strengthen and tone your core, hips, thighs and arms. You must complete a “Getting Started” package or get instructor clearance before starting Beginner Mat.
