She is the founder of an integrated health center that combines a powerful blend of Physical Therapy, Pilates and Myofascial Release for whole body rehabilitation and fitness.

Over the last decade, Lindy has developed a unique therapeutic program that combines education, movement science, awareness and imagery to restore balance to the whole body for natural healing.
Lindy lives near Denver with her husband and two teenage boys. She loves skiing, hiking, rafting, and Dancing With the Stars.
Andi Renshaw, MSPT, CSCS, CPP
PMA Certified Pilates Pracititoner, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Andi grew up in Nebraska with a passion for anything athletic. After graduating Magna cum Laude from Colorado State University with a Sports Medicine degree, Andi completed her training at Regis University and received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 1998.
After graduation, Andi worked in sports medicine orthopedic rehabilitation and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2001. She took a few years off to devote time to her three young children before returning to the practice of Physical Therapy.
During her absence for the profession of P.T. Andi had the good fortune to discover Pilates. She used the Pilates Method to get complete relief from chronic neck pain, which had dogged her since sustaining an injury playing college volleyball. As Andi explains it, "Pilates was the missing link in my recovery".
Andi is now a Certified Pilates Practitioner and incorporates the Pilates Method into her rehabilitation and patient education practices. Andi also holds a Certification as a Spinning Instructor and is a Triathlete.
Jennifer "Mandie" Martin, DPT, CPP
Polestar Certified Pilates Practitioner

Mandie grew up in Colorado and Nevada and has always been interested in the human body and being active. She grew up playing a variety of sports, including swimming competitively in college.
After graduating Magna cum Laude from Colorado State University with a degree in Sports Medicine, she completed her training at Regis University attaining her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2004. Since that time she has worked in orthopedic rehabilitation settings with patients ranging from high level athletes to individuals with chronic pain.
She was introduced to Pilates while attending physical therapy in high school for a whiplash injury. Mandie found her way back to Pilates after physical therapy school and knew it fit perfectly with her varied practice. Pilates principles of posture, body awareness, and core control have enhanced Mandie's practice and ability to relay information to her patients about valuable life modifications for injury prevention. She has been able to integrate Pilates into her orthopedic physical therapy practice to benefit each individual patient.
Mandie's passions for health, injury prevention, and life-long physical activity have been unified through Pilates to enable her to best help her patients and clients from a comprehensive perspective.
Jamie Morgan, MPT, CPP
Polestar Certified Pilates Practitioner

Jamie was born and raised in St. Charles, MO. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in Nutrition and Fitness and Masters in Physical Therapy. She enjoys playing soccer and softball, running, skiing, and anything that makes her two young daughters (Abbi & Kara) laugh.
Playing competitive sports from an early age through college, seemed to provide a false sense of body awareness. “Only when introduced to Pilates in 2003, did I really start to understand how the body is designed to move.
Both my mind and body have been, and continue to be, enlightened and educated as to how the joints are supposed to move, which muscles perform the movement and more importantly which ones should not be involved. I am very excited to share this with clients.”
Specialties include: treating those suffering from low back pain, athletic injuries (especially distance runners), neurological conditions (Multiple Sclerosis, cerebral palsy, etc.), and vestibular issues.
