Colleen Lorenz, CPP

Polestar Certified Pilates Practitioner

Colleen Lorenz was introduced to Pilates in 1995. She was looking for something to complement her running. "I became hooked and will practice Pilates for the rest of my life because it has increased my awareness of my body and how I move."

Subsequently, Colleen earned her Pilates certification as a Principal Pilates Practitioner. She delights in working with people and seeing them surpass their goals and integrate proper movement into their everyday lives.

Ann Crammond, CPP

Polestar Certified Pilates Practitioner, Certified Franklin Method Teacher

Ann has been involved with physical training and Movement Education for 38 years. Her scope has included motor learning in Modern Dance, Gymnastics, Yoga, Tennis, Skiing and programming for physically challenged children and adults. She has a BS in Physical Education and three Masters, one in Special Education and two in Educational Administration.

Trained in Principal Pilates in 2007, she revels in the holistic environment at Park Meadows Pilates and the wonder of Pilates integrated intelligent movement.




Kriste Brushaber, CPT

PMA™ & Polestar™ Certified, Pilates Master Trainer, Certified Gyrotonic Trainer

Raised in a performing and movement arts family in Denver, CO, Kriste began her movement journey with dance and gymnastics in childhood.  Introduced to the Pilates method in 1993, she became an experienced teacher the old fashioned way: years of practicing, observing and apprenticing under a variety of talented master teachers with backgrounds ranging from classical and evolved Pilates methods, Gyrotonic, physical therapy, dance, Feldenkraisâ, and various sports & fitness specialists.

Kriste assisted Polestar Pilates® Studio and Rehabilitation courses and mentored apprentice Pilates teachers for three years before being promoted to Polestar Pilates Principal Educator in 2004.  Kriste is also Pilates Method Alliance® certified.  She is passionate about ensuring novice teachers embrace the scope of possibility and responsibility of whole body/mind health for all through movement education, and that there is endless, evolving knowledge in this field to learn.

Kriste has completed over 650 hours of continuing education outside her initial certification hours including workshops in Feldenkrais, the Franklin Method, and Pathokinesiology.  She is adept with training a large spectrum of clientele from athletes to post-rehabilitation; specializing in individuals who desire an awareness-based, reeducation of intelligent body use lasting a healthy, happy, mobile lifetime.
