LOWER CORE – Our MoveWell workshops educate you about your CORE. We break these workshops into two segments – Upper Core and Lower Core. This workshop will take a closer look at the pelvis, hips and legs and will provide strategies you can work on at home to improve stability, strength, mobility, coordination and balance in the legs and lower core.
